Your Cigna Member Portal is no longer available as an online service. If you would like to submit a Dental Claim you can do this by emailing us at smyle@cigna.com. Please note to submit a claim you will need to provide an itemised receipt showing full details of the treatment carried out and the relevant dates.

Please ensure you send your claim to us at smyle@cigna.com within 90 days of treatment and remember to include your name and Cigna ID number. Alternatively you can send by post to: Cigna UK Healthcare Benefits, 1 Knowe Road, Greenock, PA15 4RJ
