Receive medical help whenever and wherever you are in the world with our Global Telehealth that gives you access to licensed doctors for non-emergency health issues. It allows you to book a callback appointment or a video consultation via the Cigna WellbeingTM app.
Receive ongoing support for a chronic condition with Cigna. Our Chronic Condition programme gives you a case manager that will monitor and evaluate your condition and treatment plan.
Cigna’s Case Management service gives you a case manager when you are diagnosed with a complex condition requiring special support. As your single point of contact, you can benefit from personalised advice and support with a tailored treatment plan.
Allowing you to speak to medical experts across the world about your specific situation, our Decision Support programme provides advice and recommendations on your individual diagnosis and treatment plan.
