    Our Clinical Case Management programme is carried out by our dedicated team of doctors and nurses, who work hand in hand with customers with serious or complex health conditions to bring them the full medical support they deserve.

    Our Clinical Case Management service works with a proactive and personalised approach to manage any complex health condition you may have. One of our qualified case managers will become your dedicated point of contact and can support you through:

    • coordinating your healthcare and treatment plan.
    • accessing global medical experts for advice and support;
    • providing second medical opinions or medical reports if required.

    Receive medical help whenever and wherever you are in the world with our Global Telehealth that gives you access to licensed doctors for non-emergency health issues. It allows you to book a callback appointment or a video consultation via the Cigna WellbeingTM app.

    Care for chronic conditions

    Receive ongoing support for a chronic condition with Cigna. Our Chronic Condition programme gives you a case manager that will monitor and evaluate your condition and treatment plan. 

    Support on your medical journey

    Cigna’s Case Management service gives you a case manager when you are diagnosed with a complex condition requiring special support. As your single point of contact, you can benefit from personalised advice and support with a tailored treatment plan.

    Second medical opinions

    Allowing you to speak to medical experts across the world about your specific situation, our Decision Support programme provides advice and recommendations on your individual diagnosis and treatment plan.
