They can provide you with a diagnosis for non-emergency health conditions, help you prepare for an upcoming consultation or hospitalization, or discuss any medication or treatment plan with you.
At Cigna we know very well the struggles of life abroad when it comes to healthcare, which is why we want to make it a bit easier for you. Global Telehealth provides our customers access to speak directly to a highly qualified doctor on the phone or video call, no matter where you are in the world.
If you are a Cigna Global customer and you are experiencing non-emergency symptoms that you may want to discuss with a doctor, all you have to do is contact our Customer Care team. They will help arrange a callback, usually within 24 hours, in your chosen language
