Your Wellness Companion

Learn more about the Wellness Companion whole health services.

Your Wellness Companion encompasses a number of whole health services, available to our customers who have added the Heath and Wellbeing option on their international plan.

We will match you with a qualified counsellor or wellness coach to assist you with any work, life, personal or family challenge.

Your Wellness Companion is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with multiple language options, so that you can contact the service at a time that is suitable for you.

Emotional Support

  • Short-term counselling via telephone, video, or face to face
  • Access to 6 sessions per topic, with unlimited amount of topics.
  • Common examples: managing anxiety and depression, couples’ and family relationship support, bereavement, and more.

 

Physical Support

  • Reach your nutrition, fitness, sleep, and weight management goals via our Telephonic Wellness Coaching.
  • Work with your own wellness coach to identify goals that are important to you, build an action plan and receive ongoing support for lasting changes.

Behavioural Health


Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme

  • Self-help programme to build resilience.
  • 7 online sessions with counsellor support to track your progress.
  • Unlimited access for 6 months.

Mindfulness Coaching

  • Access to 6 telephonic coaching sessions with an MBSR-trained health and wellness professional.
  • Personalised support, as well as online resources for self-guided practice.

 

Practical Needs
